The sand that lies on the side of the road by the beach is on the roads now. Traveling down the beach road it almost impossible. The rain finally stopped today but the flooding is ongoing. I guess I should have pulled my car up almost to my front porch last night. I will have to climb in through my passenger side and scoot over to drive.
I only hope that when I pull out I do not miss the road and end up in the ditch. I fear this every time it floods. You can not see it in the dark and I leave when it is still not day light.
Onwards to hurricane season. Can’t wait..:(
