Sometimes letting another business that specializes in what you are trying to accomplish do the work for you is a smart choice. I used to think that it was better to do everything in house and only out source what was impossible for you to accomplish. I have been rethinking that answer lately. It is all about time management and getting things done fast.  For example I am pretty good at photoshop and can design a site in a day or two, but it is definitely not my strongest tool in the bag. I met a graphic designer who can easily design a couple full sites in a day as long as he has a clear idea of what it is supposed to look like. He charges a fair price for a site design and does a really good job! So I worked out the number and it makes sense to let him do the designs and I do the coding. Maybe one day I will be that fast on photoshop and it will once again makes sense to do everything myself again. But until then I will be outsourcing some of the designs!

So don’t think that it is best to do everything yourself! Always work out the numbers, because they never lie!
