There is no reason these days that you can’t have your own website. I have seen people optimize their blog or something that is hosted by another website like myspace. I registered a domain for 99 cents from godaddy and hosting was just 2.95 cents a month. There are plenty of free templates and blogging scripts out there that install easy and are free.
What if you spen two years getting your rank up for blog and you have google adcents on there and then one day the site that hosts you blog changes it’s policy about ads. Just like that your revenue is gone and your pagerank and traffic are doing nothing and you think to yourself I wish I would have just shelled out the couple of dollars in the beginning and then after a couple o months the site would have been paying for it self.
