I recently bought a new home and it was almost impossible. With current real estate market it may be next to impossible to get a loan without the help of a mortgage broker. They had to search to find me a loan but I managed to get one. If they wouldn’t of helped I would have been looking at putting a lot more down then I wanted to.
My mortgage broker found me a really good Home Loan that I felt comfortable with and was guaranteed not to go up at all.
