I have started a new company!

I have been working on creating some new business relationships and I have decided to create a new company. This will be the company that I use for joint ventures and partial ownership of different projects. I am exited to switch into some residual based project so I  don’t have to work so hard all the time. i would to create some sites that just have to  be updated and add features to. Right now I have been creating sites from scratch and selling them to who ever. That means you are always having to find to new clients and sell stuff.
