Living where I live I often have deer in my yard. Sometimes I am lucky and a big buck will show up. He knows that my boss is out to get him and hides in my back by the trees. Tonight there were two little does out. First I saw them on the side of the road and I was praying they would not venture out on the main road.
Then I was delighted to see them both playing in my side yard tonight. They are beautiful with those big brown eyes that look up at you. I wish I could pet them and let them feel safe in my yard but I know I can’t. When they twitched those little ears at me and took off with a sprint I smiled.
