I was all exited to get the new treo 750 from palm. I got it and charged it over night and then activated it the next morning. By about 5pm my battery was dead!! I thought maybe it was just because it was the first charge or something so I put it on the charger and the same thing happened the next day.  I was pretty bumbed!

I have looked around at different forums to see if it was a hardware problem or if this is just how the phone was. I read and read all the stories of people having really bad battery life. there were a few suggestions to make it not so bad. Like turning off the feature that automatically checks your email. Now I just check it when ever I remember.  I just switched the setting today so I am hoping this will fix the problem. Some people walk around with an extra battery in their pocket but that sounds ridiculous to me!!

The phone itself would be great if the battery would last longer. I haven’t found anything else to complain about. Maybe I would if I wasn’t so worried it would die if I used it lol!

If you are interested in this phone I would think about waiting until palm and the windows mobile team fix this problem. I read in the att forums that they are working on it!
