Kontera ads are a very easy way to incorporate some advertising without having a blinking banner in your header or something else that takes up real estate on your site and can be annoying to your visitors. They take up no room and are a great way to monetize your website. By including the kontera javascript code before the < / b o d y > of your site you will have contextual ads in the content of your page in the form of a double underlined link. The ad will only be shown when a user rolls their mouse over the link.

In my opinion the click through rates are very good and cost per click are also good. Now I haven’t tried any other in line contextual ads to compare them to so I am going off of adsense and other forms of advertising that I have tried. One of the great things about kontera is they don’t just focus on the big websites like most similar ad companies. The ones that I have looked at had have about the same requirements to join and that’s 500,000 page views a month. This site being so new I am not quite there so I am not eligible to try them out.
